Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process a return, so please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.
Eligible Reasons for a Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- The wrong item was sent to you
- The item arrived damaged
- The product received is significantly different from what was shown in the listing
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong size
- Minor colour differences caused by screen display or lighting conditions
