Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Lagos & Ibadan: 1–3 business days
  • Other states in Nigeria: 3–5 business days

Do you deliver to my state?

Yes. HawkMarts delivers to all 36 states across Nigeria, including the FCT (Abuja). If you have a question about delivery to a specific area, contact our support team and we’ll confirm availability.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders above ₦15,000. For orders below ₦15,000, a standard delivery fee applies. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking information depending on the courier service. If you need help tracking your delivery, contact our support team and we’ll assist you.


Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes sizing information to help you choose the right fit. We also have a dedicated Size Guide with measurements in centimetres and UK/international size equivalents. When in doubt, size up.

Are the products exactly as shown in the photos?

Yes. We aim to display products as accurately as possible using real product photography. Please be aware that minor colour variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some popular items are restocked depending on availability from our suppliers. If an item you want is sold out, contact us and we’ll let you know if a restock is planned.

I saw a product on a vendor’s social media. Can I buy it on HawkMarts?

In many cases, yes. If the vendor lists the product on HawkMarts, you can find and purchase it directly here. If it isn’t listed yet, reach out to us or the vendor directly to request it.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for items that are wrong, damaged, or significantly different from the listing. Please review our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact our support team immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible — usually within a few business days.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Wholesale

What is the minimum order for wholesale?

The minimum order for wholesale pricing starts at 5 units. Larger orders of 10+ units unlock deeper discounts. See our Wholesale page for full pricing tiers.

Can I mix different products in a wholesale order?

Yes. You can combine different styles, sizes, and colours within a single order and still qualify for wholesale pricing, as long as the total quantity meets the minimum threshold.

How does wholesale pricing work on the website?

Once your wholesale account is approved, discounted prices will appear automatically when you log in. You can then shop and place orders directly on the site at wholesale rates.
